Glow by Rosé

By making a purchase on Glow by Rosé, the user expressly accepts the following Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Glow by Rosé are final and non-refundable, without exception.

This policy applies to all our digital programs, memberships, physical books, products, and/or services, regardless of the reason for purchase.

All our prices are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).

By completing the payment process, the user acknowledges and agrees that:

  • No full or partial refunds will be issued.
  • No exchanges, cancellations, or returns are accepted under any circumstances.

2. Personal Use of the Digital Glow Reset

The purchase of the Digital Glow Reset is personal, individual, and non-transferable.

Access to the app, digital content, and associated resources is intended exclusively for the user who made the purchase.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing access
  • Reselling content
  • Assigning or transferring the account to third parties

Glow by Rosé reserves the right to suspend or cancel access without prior notice if misuse or unauthorized use is detected.

3. Responsibility for Provided Data

It is the sole responsibility of the user to provide truthful, complete, and correct information when:

  • Creating their account
  • Making a purchase
  • Accessing services (name, email, address, access data, etc.)

Glow by Rosé is not responsible for:

  • Errors in the provided data
  • Loss of access due to incorrect information
  • Communication failures resulting from incorrectly registered data

4. Phased Program Structure

The Glow by Rosé method operates under a progressive, phased structure, designed to ensure results and a proper program experience.

Phase 1: Digital Glow Reset

The Digital Glow Reset is the foundation of the Glow by Rosé method and is an essential requirement to advance to subsequent programs.

  • The purchase of the physical book does not substitute the purchase of the Digital Glow Reset.
  • The book is complementary material and does not grant access to the app or digital programs.

Phase 2: Glow Advanced Membership

To access Glow Advanced or other advanced programs, the user must have previously completed the Digital Glow Reset.

By signing up for the Glow Advanced Membership, the user expressly accepts that:

  • This is a recurring billing service.
  • The charge will be automatically made according to the chosen period (monthly, semi-annually, or annually).
  • The membership will automatically renew at the end of each contracted period.

Cancellation will only be valid if:

  • It is requested by the user.
  • It is done following the official cancellation process.
  • It is requested a minimum of 4 calendar days before the next billing date.

If cancellation is not made within the indicated period, the charge will be processed automatically and will not be refundable.

Glow by Rosé reserves the right to:

  • Request proof of purchase.
  • Deny access to advanced programs if established requirements are not met.

Important considerations

Glow by Rosé is a method with a specific nutritional structure, so:

It is not designed for people following a vegan or vegetarian diet.
In case of pregnancy, lactation, or any medical condition, it is recommended to consult with your doctor or specialist before starting any program.

The responsibility to validate that the program is suitable for their condition lies with the user under the supervision of their health professional.

5. Coupons and Discount Codes

Coupons and discount codes offered by Glow by Rosé must be correctly applied by the user when making their purchase, within the checkout and before completing payment.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to:

  • Enter the discount code correctly.
  • Verify that the discount has been applied before finalizing the purchase.
  • Comply with the specific conditions of each coupon (validity, applicable product, plan type, payment method, etc.).

Once the purchase is confirmed:

  • Coupons will not be applied retroactively.
  • Orders will not be canceled, nor will refunds be issued for not having entered a discount code.
  • No price adjustments, credits, or returns will be issued for errors or omissions in coupon application.

Glow by Rosé reserves the right to cancel or invalidate coupons applied incorrectly, out of date, or to ineligible products.

6. Incorrect Address Shipping Policy (Applies to physical book purchases)

In the event that the physical book cannot be delivered because the provided address is incorrect, incomplete, or contains errors, it will be the user's responsibility to open a support ticket at the following link:

Once the ticket is received, the team will provide a code to make the corresponding payment for the new shipment, using the corrected address, so that the book can be delivered correctly.

Glow by Rosé states that:

  • The shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • The delivery attempt is considered successfully completed by the shipping company.
  • Resending the book generates a new shipping cost that must be covered by the user.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By making any purchase on Glow by Rosé, the user declares that:

  • They have read these Terms and Conditions.
  • They understand them in their entirety.
  • They accept them without reservations, along with the platform's internal policies.
